About Rust
Rust Crack is a survival Simulator. In a hypothetical post-apocalyptic future, the man struggle to survive, and basically, that is what you have to do. Loose in a world unknown, inhabited by other human like us and animals, we will have to look for us life to get to see another sunrise, using everything in our power to do so.
To illustrate a little game system, we believe that you might want to compare it with Don’t Starve. From a first person view, started with a stone, two kits and a torch, and from there, taking advantage of what gives us the environment, will have to try to make progress. With the aforementioned stone can remove wood from the trees, breaking rocks, and thus building tools that allow us to obtain more and better materials, food, etc.
Clear that, unlike Don’t Starve, Rust is a “Simulator”, which also takes place in a permanent world. This means that, although out of the game we have succeeded in getting our stand and collect useful objects, coming back from a walk to find resources may have shattered everything or having looted, leaving us, as they say, with one hand in front and one behind. Or with a mouse and the other on the WASD, as you wish.
And, what does it mean to die, you may ask? Because it involves reappear anywhere on stage, which is almost for sure, we can no longer find our so-called community. It can make a comeback with a sleeping bag or respawn point or bed, more resistant, that if someone breaks, will vanish again, leaving us defenseless. Rust Crack makes it a game designed for play in cooperative, and preferably with enough people. The idea is to form a community, in which each character has its role and allow humanity to rise again from the ashes. For example, we can form a group of players who have explorers, hunters, builders… to make progress much more easy and secure as well. Keep in mind that, in this world populated by other users – the average players official servers can range between 100 and 200 -, anyone can try to kill us.
If you are thinking of playing alone, the truth is that it is not impossible, but it is much more complicated. We can get lucky and find an area where residents respect each other, that will allow us to build our cabin there and be safe, or we can try to find a hidden corner of the map in which we think that we will be safe from potential intruders, and try to build our strong small there.
What’s new from the creators of Garry’s Mod is a game whose success is marked by the community. At the end of January, and as we say, still in alpha phase, Rust had already sold more than 750,000 copies, so it seems that this is clear. In addition to the mode by default – which already warn us of if we trap ourselves driven out forever-, this title offers support for mods, what will surely get to create still more attractive than the core experiences.
Anyway, Rust may already be the beginning of a phenomenon that let’s absorb players as few games get, taking into account also the frequent official update determine the evolution of the experience. The first contact with the proposal of Facepunch Studios has seemed, at least, interesting, but you are warned that it is not a traditional game, but a sort of parallel world which requires our attention, or other players, to allow us to advance in the adventure.
Rust Download is still in alpha phase, and that is to the League. The game is very, very simple in the graphics, and animations of the characters and beings who populate his world come to touching comedy. It also has quite a few errors, which will gradually be solving. But all this will improve in the future, the visual aspect is obviously something completely secondary in Rust, where surviving in a world populated by other players is the real incentive.
